Regarding feet, yes they will be cut downs some already happening.
Regarding senior management, yes that's an overdue checklist. Mind you some of the senior management will go home but they will go with money bags! That would defeat the purpose!
Regarding Pilots, well KAPLA will make alot of noise, court cases, media....etc then a week later everyone will forget about it and move on. Affected pilots will move to ME and China were they are bleeding for Pilots. Some may already be making the move.
The 737 Sim will probably stay as currently it's saving them some coin on rating guys, recurrent, and training newbies.
The USA launch will not make huge impact because it's not a direct flight. So more costs to where the stop over will be.
2018- Onwards things MAY start getting better. What Kenya Airways are just realizing is that they no longer have a monopoly of their precious routes in Africa! As if they didn't see it coming!
