No pool, no shed, switch the a/c off in winter & energy saving bulbs to boot. Not even a maid to clean the floors daily. Just happen to have one of the larger lots in DSO and a backyard with real grass - not the artificial stuff. Fact is, more money being removed from our pay checks that we have no control over & yet another contract 'tweak' that just appeared over the years. LHR Rain gets it.
