Yes - once I got the scent the nose went down and I went for it.
Still can't believe the level of corruption at the highest level that was never questioned.
We had a brilliant growing airline that like the TN and AN of old was a great place to work and like the others we fought tooth and nail for every passenger.
I won't mention some of the underhand stuff that went on but suffice it to say that knowing programmers for the Taarsan II system allowed me some insights into interesting functions within the computer system that could be corrupted to ones own benefit - or that of the airline
During a strike where EW was flying and TN/AN were not I was running LOCO and freight uplift as well as checkin with a few others and we had a bunch of town people portering. Some of the F/A girls fronted and demanded to porter. They worked like navvies.
It is such a shame the current generation will never know that. The rot started by sleaze and corruption.
