Before this year everything bar YYZ was resuming a pre recession route (SFO, IAD) or expanding pre existing routes. LAX and EWR are resumptions of pre recession routes. Only BDL is new this year. BWI is the only former A330 destination that hasn't resumed and that was before they moved to IAD last time.
