Did have a quick look at the examples and there are some good benchmarks there for you, particularly in regards to the style of testing… or so I feel anyway.
Unfortunately the way the assessment centre is done, it really is a “you either have it or you don’t” scenario. I found that no matter how much I tried to practice, it really boiled down to your personal ability to adapt and communicate rather then pure numerical, logic or verbal reasoning.
Best thing to do mate is just have a crack! If you pass the initial online testing you are in good standing with the assessment day.
The figures I was provided were, 3000 applicants each year apply only 500 make it to assessment day and only 100 through to training. I know those figures look bad but if you make it to the assessment day just relax, enjoy and I hope you achieve.
