If there were any aircraft affected, we'd have heard about it by now, as anything that happens to aviation is broadcast in the media in oft hysterical tones when in reality it's a normal occurrence.
I'd hazard a guess that if any aircraft
had been in the vicinity in the air the shock waves would have had minimal effect as they would have gone both through and around the fuselage, whereas at ground level the shock wave came to an abrupt halt (mostly) and the transfer of energy wreaked havoc on low tensile surfaces, such as glass etc.
