HP Laptop/Kapersky Windows 10 incompatability
Last year, after 'upgrading' from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, then getting a further automatic upgrade from them around mid-September , the wireless internet connection stopped working on my laptop (HP Sleekbook 15-b130). I fitted a new wireless device but still no good. Then I found an article on the net which said that Kapersky was incompatible with Windows 10 on this machine.
Eventually the Kapersky licence expired, so I uninstalled all traces of it and loaded up an alternative anti-virus package. Lo and behold, the wireless connection works again!
At the time the wireless connection died, I also lost the 'print spooler'. Whether that is back yet I don't know.
One thing the article said, was that just switching Kapersky off makes no difference. You have to get rid of it completely off the machine.

Reason: Clarification - Kapersky full removal required
