Best thing is to check the SMART data for your SSD. I don't know about yours, but my Intel drives have an indicator showing how much wear life remains on the SSD, and the one in my laptop is still at 99% after three years running Linux, so theoretically good for about three centuries. Windows is more aggressive about paging things out, but if the wear indicator is good, I wouldn't worry about it. Can't check that on my Windows PC, as it has 32GB of RAM, so I turned the page file off.

As for spreading writes across the disk, any good SSD will do that automatically to try to even out the wear. The SSD will typically also contain a few gigabytes of spare flash which will only be used to replace bad blocks once it starts to wear out (e.g. mine appears as 240GB to the operating system, but probably has 256GB of flash).
