Okay, Kaspersky for FireFox, Loaded.

Firstly, I made that name up. It's now supposed to work with FF without the issues with the Add-ons.

I followed their email to the letter which required totally un-installing Kasper but to my delight, had a box ticked for retaining the licence key. Funnily, I'd just found mine but a nice touch.

KIS16.0.1.445en-GB_full.exe arrived. 158mb of it.

The installation seemed straightforward, but I've only popped into Barclays to try it. It opened the protected browser, and still needs to be run on a different tab or you may have to close FF to close that green screen and hence lose other things. Separate tab seems the way to go.

Once I got through to Kasper support on a normal landline number, the service couldn't have been better, but In the back of my mind, I still can't shake that one-man-total-control-thing.

Just off to look for con-trails.
