6E has 500xA320s on order. Read 30% of AI pilots will retire over next year. It plans to add net 14 x A320s (from current 66 to 80).
So definitely there is need for pilots Indian.
Having said that India is not hiring expats in large numbers, so little incentive to talk good about Indian aviation irrespective of local boom.
