"Any parameter exceedance /Incident they will deduct from pay some amount depending on severity." Really? Well perhaps we should hear more about your story.... I know of colleagues -and even myself- that when falling into a Level 1-2 or even 3 parameter, we have made a written report of the ocurrence/incident and no punitive action has been taken.
I do find VNA a good place to work at, obviously, there is no perfect job, but if you can cope with the culture and accept things how they are done here, you'll enjoy your stay.
