This Airline is catching up with getting organized.You have to do lot of self service in the meanwhile.
Any parameter exceedance /Incident they will deduct from pay some amount depending on severity.No corrective training unlike other airlines.
Its there in your contract,so read it thoroughly.
Their work ethics is something I could not put up with,But at the same time there are guys here for years ,so I guess its what you are made up of.
