Adria have operations at LGW, but probably didn't want the competition from Germania on the Pristina route. However, it would be a kick in the teeth if the Maribor route went elsewhere if they decided to operate it again either this year or in 2017.
For those who are interested, the airport railway station handled 520,734 passengers in 2014/2015 (an increase of 27.5% on 2013/2014) although there is no indication of how many were using the airport.
