Peekay4: I’d have enjoyed hearing the lawyers wrangle over the caveat that “FAA did not allege that these issues created unsafe conditions." It’s true; at least as far as fuel tank flammability is concerned. What goes unsaid is that Boeing tardiness prolonged unsafe conditions that had existed for 50 years and destroyed at least four planes.
