Awww. I'd imagine Gatwick passengers wouldn't take kindly to their little detour. Interesting that the BA2xxx flight number remains even though the GLA-SZG flight is clearly designed to be a separate, er, thing.
BA2xxx is used for all the BA leisure routes ex LGW. It's a Gatwick based aircraft which operates as one of the domestic shuttles before flying to SZG and back. I think it's BA2664/2665.
