I believe the Sq that was approved left was on Aroso SID, as such high chance of approval of 02L. Furthermore, he would have AWUT restrictions to meet.
Since you are flying to Australia, I believe your SID might be Anito. It would be more efficient for the departure controller to give you a further right heading turn if you dep via 02C.
