Interesting that they make specific reference to Asia and ME:
DUB was close to top of Air Chin's list of new routes for summer 2015 and was reviewed late 2014/early 2015. x4, A332. They take B789 delivers from around now so you never know.
China Eastern don't fly to Europe from PEK and I would be very surprised it was any other mainland China service. Cathay did say they were looking at DUB during the summer. Out of all places it's go to be PEK or HKG have been the most publicly discussed destinations.
Would imagine QR would be the ME, they have been talking about it long enough.
