The difference between Luton and Stansted is that the tender was for more than one coach operator - IIRC National Express and ComfortDelGro (Stansted Citylink) were the winners at Stansted. I guess Stansted's argument would be that this ensures there is still competition between coach operators in the Stansted-Central London market
Must be hard for Terravision. They built a very strong market position and now they're chucked out. I never see anyone on the Citylink service though
