Do you mean the same space that Easyjet are occupying? They are asking experienced non rated DECs and DEFOs to pay for an Airbus rating.
And I know from experience that as well as asking for the rating costs, they have offered a flexi crew non permanent contract.
Sorry Thad I don't agree that Virgin Atlantic are in this category.
If you had any real insight into the company and their future deliveries you would realise exactly why they are concentrating on rated guys and girls at the moment.
