After yesterday's article in the M.E.N re the extra 2 flights and the B788, Airline Route now report:
"Doha – Manchester
eff 27MAR16 All 14 weekly service operates with A330-300, replacing -200.
eff 02MAY16 Planned increases to 16 weekly remains unchanged, however new service will also be operated by A330-300, instead of 787-8".
I guess we are losing newer equipment but gaining extra capacity. Isn't the A333 configuration for about 305 pax (assuming it's a 2 class version) compared to 254 on the B788?
