i can see why it would cost $$$$$$$$ for repair to the damage, depending on the paint by the vandals the paint might only need to be given a quick repaint, it might have damaged the windows in which case it might need new windows and if the pant has some acid in it it need a complete strip and repaint, not a cheap option on a biz jet.
