First-what is a "tail rotor failure"?
Pitch link failure?
Tail rotor drive shaft failure?
High Power failure?
Low Power failure?
It makes a HUGE difference.....
But if you´re talking about a full tail rotor (thrust) failure:
Autorotate-IMMEDIATELY.
There is NO "fly away" possible...
