PrivatAir have no plans for a crew base in TLS.
Their headquarters are in GVA and European crew bases in XFW, DUS and MUC. The scheduled service for Airbus to TLS operates from the XFW crew base.
Apparently a great company to work for and very varied long/short haul flying on B737BBJ and A319LR equipment.
