yeah but Riveroak can still build 10,000 houses there when the reopened airport goes bust - a few million quid spent on reopening it is just a deductable cost to these sort of companies..............
and with luck, having used the DCO process they'll have cut the Council out all together - quite clever I suspect if you take the long view
