Point taken White None.
A few of the serious ATC topics seem to have degenerated into an indecipherable gobbledygook lately, thanks to one or two individuals with a range of agendas.

But seeing as the topic has been raised, the whole ATCX building is an absolute disgrace with the toilets particularly displaying just how bad a HK Gov building can be let go.
As the building often hosts international dignatories and the occasional command course visit, is this REALLY the image that the Transport and Housing Bureau is happy to portray? It is obvious that any plumbing fixes are purely superficial- a week later the problems return. The cleaners try their best but take a look at how the varnish has been stripped from the doors because of the incessant use of bleach to try to fix the wretched smell.
As somebody mentioned, the new HQ building is no better already. Whole rows of urinals roped off as unserviceable. On one floor they have been like that on and off for a year now- and this a brand new building!!!
THB, you are a disgrace was with your penny pinching, CAD you're a disgrace with your misplaced resources.

I would say the CAD toilets pretty much sum-up exactly the state of Aviation in HK right now.
