Bournemouth to Tel Aviv would probably struggle - the resident Jewish community in Bournemouth is rather smaller than might initially seem to be the case.
I imagine most English language students travel to/from Bournemouth on cheap tickets - unlikely to be compatible with long haul charter flights being profitable.
