Hi pullock

The majority of people who make the decision to travel by air are releived to see an increase in the security measures taken within this industry. For a few, it may be a 'change' to the way they liked it before. Perhaps it is a little disempowering or harassing so they make a bit of a scene in order to feel empowered again. But the fact is, the risks have changed. And to protect the people who use this service, the airline industry has had to change, too. As I mentioned, the majority of people, who choose to fly, understand this and accept this as part of their conditions for safe travel. Most people are sensible about it.

Something else that has changed, is the lack in tolerance that companies once had towards abusive, threatening passengers. (Thank heavens!! From a staff member's point of view - our working enviornment is so much more supportive than it was before.) People just cant get away with what they used to!
