VD/MD
I'm reasonably familiar with most terminology covering airspeed and Mach number (e.g. Vmo/Mmo) but hadn't come across VD/MD prior to following the R&N Air Asia Indonesia thread. Could someone explain the meaning of the "D" here, please? Disaster? Destruction?
