The reason for the failure of the "independant" freight carriers from the EU is simple. Poor management. If you think the answer lies in the courts well good luck.There are two freight operators who have flourished with 707's,DC10's,DC8's and 747's while a lot of the rest have gone down. Face it boys you are being outmanoeuvred to the max and you will not beat them. Can't argue with success even if you do not like it/them.
