If you have perfect credentials, you MAY have a 1:1000 chance. Very small company with RAF-like standards that few can meet. I've heard that once in the door, pay and benefits are excellent, but again... very few will qualify. See what they say and if you are close, give it a shot, but do not hold your breathe.
