The sooner we get ac here the better. There are significant issues that need to be de-risked.
What is still not clear is what what version of P8 we are getting. From the DOD documents I have read on the Web an acceptable version would be Block 3 with UK acoustics, sonobuoys and weapons. Also support for the ESM would be nice. Anything less will fall short of what may be required.
