They definately have buggys in DXB but oddly you don't see them around much in the main concourses compared to some airports... common enough in Arrivals but less so in Departures... There's a lot of "up 'n down" in DXB terminals (huge escalators and lifts etc.), so maybe the buggys take back roads...
