In Dubai I haven't bussed to and from remote stands in a few years and then only on 777's - it was irritatingly common for a couple of years... A 20 minute ride jammed in a mobile refrigerator... If they were transporting livestock they'd have been shut down ages ago. (I think traffic was expanding faster than they could build gates to park 'em at)...
