this is the Y generation. All they want is now and NOW. That is why most of them are willing to pay for working.
In my airline, I'm amazed (still am) to read letters from young kids writing "I do not have money enough to pay the LT but I am available to work without income instead" blablabla.
But we still prefer to receive money from monkeys
just because we have choice.
