At $45 oil I don't think anyone is buying anything at the moment. BRS are hurting like as others with idle ac. What would the rationale behind buying any helicopter operator with idle ac be right now? Everett have idle ac, big staff, hangerage/ operating bases, AOC etc. All of those things cost money each month. Buying it, much like almost all of the operators in this market, makes no sense at all. Unless they're really making a lot of money, which I guarantee they aren't in this market.
