Edelweiss Switzerland

I just got an email within the Lufthansa group and there is an option arising to take a couple years transfer to Edelweiss.
Do you have information about roster, destinations, request system, average days off etc? How is the company treating the employees? It's on the A330/A340 fleet where they are supposed to get a bunch of ex Swiss aircrafts.
