I disagree slightly here @avicon.
Looking at it from the candidates point of view, all the kids changing their tickets will cost them (their poor parents!) a pretty packet. A few days delay in the results is not going to make any difference, considering the average waiting period since getting the CPL is 2-4 years.
Besides, the Chennai guys would get some 'help'
from the Delhi examinees! 'something' to compensate for the dunking!
