You can't just copy the installed program from one PC to another, you have to install it from the original installation media.
You also can't install a program on another PC unless you have the licence to do so, assuming in this case that you are continuing to use it on your laptop.
You can ask MS nicely if they will send you the installation media, providing you can prove you are properly licensed, but it is probably simplest to just bite the bullet and shell out for a new version -
