Did anyone notice a discrepancy in media imagery shown of the Su-24 (Cy-24) shoot down?
The video of it going vertical (and flaming just before impacting behind a ridge) appears to be a Su-24.
But another still image of a flaming flat spiral is definitely a Flanker-variant (Su-27/30) - and completely unrelated.
I guess if the media has a pic of a jet on fire, that is close enough!
