777 takes considerably more cargo than any other pax aircraft, including 747 or A380, so it's rather unique in that ability.
That would depend a great deal on the yield the cargo is making. As a general rule you wouldn't expect flightdeck crew to have that sort of knowledge, in the same way that yield managers aren't often that capable of flying 777s!
