Interviews are in english AND spanish.
Negative, u might be (gently) tested at the end of the interview or asked if u have a plan on how to achive ES ICAO Level 4 but that's it. No thorough testing at all.
Spanish language is an absolute requirement to join Vueling.
Utter rubbish, it ain't VLG's requirement but rather a Spanish CAA's one. And the requirement is (as said above) to achieve ICAO Level 4, not full proficiency.
