I can think of many other airlines with better T&Cs than SAS are offering.
They're still not doing fantastic, not sure what the future brings.
Experience guys going to the RHS in a crj just to come home, well that's a very high price to pay.
When management shakes the pilot tree, there will always be pilots falling to take up any positions available. Desperate times for desperate needs.
