Indeed.
Update the personal details / address on your Flight Crew Licence | Private Pilots | Personal Licences and Training Says £45 but scheme of charges says no charge.
Online applications go from:
EASA Private Pilots Licence Aeroplane - PPL(A) | Our Role | About the CAA
or
On-line applications | Publications | About the CAA
But neither mention anything about change of address.

Appears to be the one I want - so presumably needs ID certified by a HOfT and included.

So how can this be done online?
