Exbrazilian.. you can add leaves to your block days off but it depends if they can approve or not.. but you sure can..you have to plan 2 months ahead. and if they don't cover your city you buy your own ticket.
Technical test is not FAA..you can look up some pages here and find info about the written test. You do take the second test if you fail.
