Agree. But being squeezed out by the company is not really "EK only", that is common in many(if not most) airlines or private ops nowadays.
If you don't find an owner job on one of this shiny(at least outside) bizjets then there are just a few jobs that come to my mind where people fly not that much(and then you still find them moaning in this forum about work conditions or retirement issues
- not pointing fingers here).
So, if that is the only EK issue then welcome to (unpleasant, I agree) reality.
