A couple of years ago I were invited for assesment for 737 fo. The salary per month they offered was less than 30 000 SEK! I could no believe it was that rubbish but I was keen on moving back to Europe and Scandinavia so I confirmed by mail I wanted to attend the interview. In the same email I asked if they could give me tickets (on SAS longhaul network) so I could get there. The recruitment team responded by saying "all applicants have to provide their own transport to the assessment"
This was not long after the company almost went bankrupt but I was surprised they had lowered the standards this much. It all gave me a bad vibe so I canceled the whole thing. I don't regret it a minute.
