There will be those on some shady, not very financially rewarding, tax dodgy, inconvenient life-style contract who would jump at a proper full-time respectable employee contract with proper benefits. I assume they will offer something akin to the host base deal. Munich is not the middle of nowhere and a sensible package will be required to attract career minded quality crews.
