I don't think anybody should be concerned about EK keeping tabs on this sort of thing. What are they going to do?
If anything it should be a badge of honour.
Interesting that at an RTGS wash-up recently, the management position remains that "recruitment are doing a great job..they're getting 60 new pilots a month" and resignations are "3%..maybe peaking up to 3.5%" (10 a month?)
Yeah right. Informed sources say we're losing 1 pilot a day. (30 a month)
The seniority list as of 5 Nov shows 3880 pilots. That's not a lot more than 12 months ago, and certainly not growing by 50 pilots a month as the stats suggested at the RTGS imply.
