I remember reading in the Dash One manual for the H model Herc. Here it stated that actual spin testing had never been done, but it was expected that standard spin recovery technic would recover the aircraft. Unload to break the stall - use opposite rudder to stop the rotation - recover to level flight.
Must be scary to sit in an aircraft like this with no ejection seats, inverted with 80 degrees nose down at less then 15K.
