Also, the only routes left less served are Vienna and Russia. The Scandanavian routes have both Estonian 2.0 and SAS picking over the remains.
Did Ryanair really fail in Estonia? It just didn't develop to a greater extent there, but has not made losses either. The only RYR failure in the region is the Finnish market.
Anyway, in addition to 1.3 million Estonians, TLL could attract some Russians from across the border and probably some Finns via ferry from Helsinki. Not a vast market, but maybe worth trying?
